F4C: Winter Warmth Continues
/in News /by d darcyWarm Homes Healthy People in Bradford District are continuing their Winter Warmth Support over summer towards relaunching support in full ahead of Winter 2016 / 2017.
We also hope this will maximise the impact of some of the preventative interventions on offer around Fuel Debt and Home Energy Efficiency. This is available for service users to refer to alike, full details and the referral form are available on the F4C: Winter Warmth page.

The premise of this is to determine the benefit of VCS in supporting patients / service users also accessing NHS services.
